BW&BK 6-Pack Weekend - Flashback, Ten Years Ago!

On June 13th, 2003, BW&BK; held the initial 6-Pack Weekend, at the Odeon, in Cleveland, OH. Those of you who were too young to attend (or too drunk to remember), the multi-day event included performances by several international artists, many of whom have never returned to North America. The fest was highlighted by the world premier of FORCE OF EVIL(essentially MERCYFUL FATE, minus singer KING DIAMOND), memorable sets from EVERGREY, NEVERMORE and North American debuts by WOLF, FALCONER and ELEGY, as well as JAG PANZER playing only songs from their first three albums.
But the closing duo of TROUBLE and CANDLEMASS (both classic doom outfits still had their most memorable line-ups intact) is still talked about, by those who witnessed it! Here's some photos to help jog those aging memories, courtesy of Jeremy Saffer. Enjoy!
