CAMP FREDDY / BILLY IDOL guitarist Billy Morrison has issued the following update:

"In preparation for my new three track EP, I though it would be nice to give away a free track from those sessions. Back in 2009, I collaborated with singer/songwriter Patrick Cornell and we wrote and recorded a few tracks together in a pretty unique and special recording studio, deep in the hills of Los Angeles. Three of those tracks will be released as an EP on February 15th on Amazon and iTunes. And another track - a version of one of my favorite DAVID BOWIE songs, 'Ziggy Stardust' - is now available as a free download on this site . The player on the left of this post will either stream the song, or download it to your hard drive. I hope you enjoy the track, because I had a great time doing it. It's a song I've sung in the past with Camp Freddy, and one I listened to for so many years growing up. So to record it and give it away to everyone is a real pleasure."

As previously reported, SEBASTIAN BACH, MOTÖRHEAD frontman Lemmy Kilmister and Jason Bonham (LED ZEPPELIN EXPERIENCE) were among the guests that joined Camp Freddy on Monday, January 24th at Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, CA for a benefit event to create awareness and raise positive vibes in celebration of breast cancer survivor Carolyne Williams.
