CARCASS/FIREBIRD guitarist Bill Steer has launched a new show on TotalRock Radio.

Described as "a rock and metal feast to get your teeth into", The Metal Lunchbox airs each Tuesday from 1 - 3 PM (UK time).

As previously reported, the Friday Night Powerhouse is a new club night, taking place Friday, June 25th (8 - 12 PM) at The Perseverance- 11 Shroton Street, Marylebone, London, UK.

DJs Bill Steer, Al French (Roadburn Festival) plus guests playing the very best in NWOBHM, classic hard rock and early heavy metal. Admission is free.

Carcass will be replacing MASTODON at the 2010 edition and 15th Anniversary of the Graspop Metal Meeting, which will take place June 25th - 27th in Dessel, Belgium.

Mastodon guitarist Bill Kelleher was diagnosed with pancreatitis and doctors advise him to pursue further medication. Doctors are optimistic and expect a full recovery in the coming weeks.
