In the following video, CHEAP TRICK guitarist Robin Zander assesses yesterday's (July 17th) stage collapse at Ottawa Bluesfest as a result of a severe thunderstorm with winds averaging 90 kilometres per hour, and wind gusts of up to 140 kilometres an hour.
