CHICKENFOOT - the new project featuring guitarist JOE SATRIANI, drummer Chad Smith (RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS), bassist Michael Anthony (ex-VAN HALEN), and vocalist Sammy Hagar (ex-VAN HALEN) - have announced an in-store signing session, at Best Buy (West LA), located at 11301 W. Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA.

The sessions is set for Friday, June 5th from 8 - 9 PM.

Says the band, "Come down early for an in-store in Los Angeles and meet the guys and get an autographed copy of the new album! Note: Due to anticipated attendance, autographs will be first come, first served. Chickenfoot will only be signing their new self titled album, Chickenfoot."

As previously reported, Chickenfoot will guest on the US nationally syndicated radio show Rockline with host Bob Coburn on Wednesday, June 17th.

Universal Music Canada has confirmed that Chickenfoot's self-titled debut album will be released nationwide on June 9th. The release coincides with the band's US street date exclusively via Best Buy. The album will be released by earMUSIC in Germany on June 5th and in the UK on Monday June 8th.
