September 10, 2007, 17 years ago
SAVATAGE / TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA / DORO guitarist Chris Caffery has issued the following update:
"Hi all! This morning (September 10) I was live on WKRZ in Wilkes-Barre doing my first TSO tour related activity of 2007. They announced the dates and and started to give away tickets. Psycho Mike was on the air with me. I guess each dy this week they are giving away seats from row 6 to row one on Sat. so if you live in the area good luck with that!
Got to see the new Halloween. I think Zombie did a good job with it. His directing skills just keep getting better and better. I was a HUGE fan of the original and did not leave this one disappointed.
Got to see HEAVEN AND HELL with Alice Cooper last week. Missed QUEENSRYCHE. This is a must see tour. Even if you went to see Heaven and Hell already, this is worth going again. The show is so great in the arenas and Alice Cooper blew my mind! Had not seen him sine I was very young and I was totaly blown away by him! Great to see Eric Singer on drums. He was magical!
Ronnie was on fire, it was near his hometown. Tony, Vinnie and Geezer were insanely tight. I felt like a little kid watching this show. Tony had one of the greatest and loudest off the stage guitar sounds I had ever heard. I was row 6 right in front of him! So glad these guys decided to do this whole Heaven And Hell thing! Lots of friends on the crew of that tour, thanks to Ronnie, Wendy Dio, Andre, Steve, Lorenzo and everyone else in the H&H; camp for making me and Mr. West feel so welcome!
OK...
Back to work here, lots to catch up from the long weekend!"
