CLAWFINGER Frontman Discusses Life Will Kill You
June 19, 2007, 17 years ago
In a new interview with MetalHead.ro, CLAWFINGER frontman Zak Tell reveals the secrets surrounding the band's new album, Life Will Kill You. The following is an excerpt from the interview:
Q: Hi Zak! To start with congrats for the new album!
A: "Thanx man, it feels great to be back with a new album, who would have thought that we'd still be here 14 years after Deaf Dumb Blind was released, not me!"
Q: Tell me please how long did you work on this project? And where did you record it?
A: "Well it's all written, recorded and produced by us in our our Fear & Loathing studio that we own together with MESHUGGAH. I think we started writing the songs in September/October 2006 but I honestly can't remember exactly! We spent a month or so just trying to get into
the right mood and as always things were pretty slow in the beginning when we had to find out if we still had what it took to write songs."
