DAGOBA Hit French Charts With Poseidon Album

Poseidon, the 4th and new album from French metallers DAGOBA, entered the French Top 50 this week at #41
Metal record sales are getting better and better nowawadays in France, apparent after the new IRON MAIDEN album topped the French charts for two weeks in the row, and now with Dagaoba's chart entry. The last metal bands which managed to make it to the charts were TRUST and GOJIRA.
According to Mehdi EL JAI, the boss of XIII Bis Records, "this is the result of a team work and a thoughtfull strategy. Poseidon is one of the best albums from Dagoba in terms of production and songwritting. Only a good and experienced band with a strong record could reach this level of success in France, very remarkable for a French band playing this kind of music."
