The San Antonio, Texas based power / speed metal band EVIL UNITED - featuring vocalist Jason McMaster (DANGEROUS TOYS, WATCHTOWER, BROKEN TEETH, IGNINTOR), bassist Don "DVS" Van Stavern (RIOT, PITBULL DAYCARE), guitarists T.C. "Bird" Connally (PB/DC, CULZ TO FOLLOW) and John "JV4" Valenzuela (PB/DC, URIAL), and drummer Jason "Shakes" West (MURDERDOLLS, SEBASTIAN BACH) - have inked a worldwide distribution deal with MVD Entertainment Group. The band's self-titled debut album will go on sale September 13th; it is now available for pre-order here.
McMaster comments: "I think there are alot of bands playing this type of metal right now, but I believe that Evil United has something different about it. There is a wide range of influence, lots of peaks and valleys to explore, without losing any of the extreme. It's a pleasure to work with Texas metal alumni such as these guys, they shred but they are paying attention to the thrash and power as well as the melody."
