DE PROFUNDIS - Album Artwork Unveiled; ‘This Wretched Plague’ Track Released

UK-based progressive extreme metallers DE PROFUNDIS have revealed the cover art of their upcoming third album, The Emptiness Within. The artwork was created by renowned artist Costin Chioreanu (ULVER, DARKTHRONE, ABSU) of Twilight13media. Check it out below:
In addition, a track called ‘This Wretched Plague’ from the new album has been uploaded, and can be heard below:
The Emptiness Within is scheduled for release through Kolony Records on May 7th in the UK and May 11th in Europe.
The final mix was completed by Fernando Pereira Lopes and De Profundis at the legendary Studios Davout (AC/DC, OZZY OSBOURN) in Paris, France. Tim Turan did the mastering at Turan Audio.
