DE PROFUNDIS Part Ways With Guitarist
September 2, 2013, 11 years ago
UK progressive death metallers DE PROFUNDIS have parted ways with guitarist Roman Subbotin.
Vocalist Craig Land comments on the split: ”It was a very tough decision, but it had to be made due to a conflict of priorities. The band thanks him for his immense contribution over the years, and wishes him all the best for his future endeavours.”
A replacement is yet to be named, but De Profundis will honour all their forthcoming shows, with Paul Nazarkardeh (PHYREXIA, ex-CARPATHIA) stepping in, and will continue to work on their fourth album, tentatively due out early in 2014.
