DEAD AND DIVINE Ink Deal With Distort

DEAD AND DIVINE are set to release their brand of post-hardcore on Distort, Inc. Honing an intense sound that is laden with poignant melodies and introspective lyrics, the Burlington, ON quartet has been described as “the thinking man’s metal band.”
Dead And Divine are currently in the studio with legendary Garth 'GGGarth' Richardson (RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, RISE AGAINST, MUDVAYNE) and Eric Ratz (BILLY TALENT, CANCER BATS). D&D;'s second full-length album, tentatively titled, The Machines We Are, is scheduled for release in the summer of 2009 on Distort.
