DEATH VALLEY DRIVER Streaming New Song

DEATH VALLEY DRIVER have released the first song 'Bull Of The Woods' off their upcoming album Graveyard Dead which will be released on Diminished Fifth Records later this year.
Graveyard Dead was mixed and mastered by Billy Anderson who chose to work with the band after hearing some of the early demos they were working on. Anderson's credits include SLEEP, HIGH ON FIRE, THE MELVINS and NEUROSIS to name a few.
"It's pretty simple--i like the music," Billy said, explaining why he took on the project. "It reminds me of some of my favorite stuff, like HIGH ON FIRE mixed with ENTOMBED and occasional PANTERA. But it still retains its uniqueness."Dan Hodgson, the band's vocalist issued the following statement: "Bull of the Woods is a bit of a left field song for us. The chords are almost 'happy' in some parts. But we wanted one song that combined all our influences into one meaty stew. It has elements of thrash, doom, hardcore and straight up traditional metal. It's one of those songs I think will be come a staple of our live set."
