DEVIAN, Sweden’s blackened death/thrash commando featuring former MARDUK members Legion (vocals) and Emil Dragutinovic (drums) mercilessly return with their second attack, God To The Illfated. You can now check out the brand-new track 'Assailant' at this location and witness that Devian have forged a vicious mix of thrashing riffs, blackish aggression and a heartfelt old school spirit that mounts in simply perfectly written songs.

We just asked ourselves: 'How should a Metal album sound like that we would love to pick up ourselves?', and went from there... breathing life into the music, fuelled by the uncorrupted enthusiasm of the days when checking out records in a vinyl-store was the best hangout you could have or get so blown away by a great gig that you could talk about it and relive it in your head for months. All the musical experience we’ve gathered since those days made us challenge the songs ‘til we felt they erupted into a perfect storm!"

Recorded once again at Art Decay Studio with Rickard Kottelin, Devian this time around decided to hook up with HYPOCRISY/PAIN mastermind Peter Tägtgren for further production duties and the intense mixdown of the album at The Abyss Studio (IMMORTAL, MARDUK, DIMMU BORGIR), while mastering was once again taken care of by Peter In De Betou / Tailor Maid Production (Dimmu Borgir, ARCH ENEMY, DARK TRANQUILLITY).
