Domestic Abuse Charge Against Former ANTHRAX Guitarist Dan Spitz Dropped

According to Gossip Extra, former ANTHRAX guitarist Dan Spitz will not be prosecuted for his Christmas morning arrest on a domestic violence charge at home in Lake Worth, Gossip Extra has learned.
The victim, his wife Candi, 38, asked the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office not to go after her husband and told them there were minor discrepancies on the incident report.
Prosecutors agreed they couldn’t take the 50-year-old axeman to trial without their star witness.
Dan Spitz was arrested early on Christmas morning at his house in Lake Worth on suspicion of domestic violence.
Spitz spent the night in jail for the incident.
