Drummer Jeff "Oly" Olson Leaves THE SKULL

THE SKULL are the band formed by two original members of Chicago doom legends TROUBLE — vocalist Eric Wagner and drummer Jeff "Oly" Olson.
Olson has now left the band, issuing the following statement: "Upon much thought, and effective immediatly, I will not be participating with The Skull. I've decided to wait for a real Trouble reunion with original members or not play Trouble's music at all. I can not comment further at this time. My apologies to those who have been disappointed."
The Skull recently announced they will play their debut show with SACRED DAWN guitarists Lothar Keller and Michael Carpenter headlining the Dark Star Records 15 Year Anniversary Bash, set to take place at the Tilted Kilt in Elgin, IL on Friday, June 15th.
The Skull's setlist will consist of 100% music from Trouble, with emphasis on material from the albums Pslam 9 and The Skull.

Also appearing at the event will be the cast of Jezebeth, the 2011 horror film in which Eric Wagner receives a lap dance in a cameo appearance. The film was written, directed, and produced by Damien Dante of Satania 6 Films and co-produced by Dark Star Records President Jeffrey A. Swanson.
