ELDRITCH Won't Play Italian Gods Of Metal Fest

Italian metallers ELDRITCH have issued the following update:
"We feel bad to announce that Eldritch won't perform at the Italian Gods of Metal fest in Milan, on March 1st. It wasn't in the intentions of the band, because a Gods Of Metal fest (Italian or international) is always an important event that the band would never renounce to.A couple of months ago, when LiveInItaly contacted the band, they didn't know the exact position on the bill, so Eldritch approved. Only a few days later they've been told that they've been called as a replacement for LABYRINTH, and with a big surprise, to play at 13:30 in the first afternoon!
The band sent a few emails to LiveInItaly asking for the reasons, but have never recieved any answer. The band never expected to play as headliners, but not even in the early position they've been billed for!!
The whole world knows that Eldritch is one of Italy's most famous and best selling acts since 1995! The band is really sorry for this announcement and wishes all the best to the other bands attending the show.
