ELECTRIC EARTH Nominated For 7th Annual Independent Music Award

Sweden's ELECTRIC EARTH has just been nominated, by the Music Resource Group, as one of five bands in the "Hard Rock/Metal Album" category, for their Vol II - Words Unspoken CD, in the 7th Annual Independent Music Awards.
They are in good company as GOD FORBID and LACUNA COIL are a couple of the more well-known bands that have won Independent Music Awards, in one of the Hard Rock/Metal categories, before.

October 8th saw the release of Vol II - Words Unspoke", their first CD for the classic Belgian Mausoleum label, in USA and Canada. The album, which was released in Europe during spring, is distributed by Allegro and Fusion III Distribution. Vol II - Words Unspoken will also be available from iTunes soon.
The band recently signed a new distribution deal with Swedish MusicSpot for their debut album Organic Songs - Volume One, which features their cover of IRON BUTTERFLY's 'In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida', and their new CD-EP Selling Souls, which means that both records are available worldwide.
