ENSIFERUM Issue Greetings From The Studio

Finnish folk metallers ENSIFERUM are currently recording their fifth studio album. An update from the band reads:
"Greetings from studio! The band started working at the famous Finnish Petrax-studio (CHILDREN OF BODOM, NIGHTWISH) last week with producer Hiili Hiilesmaa (HIM, SENTENCED) who is also mixing the album. From Petrax-studio the band will move on to two other locations in the Hämeenlinna-area.The new album is going to be released in fall 2012 and it will contain 10 tracks. Few guests on the album are going to be members from DIE APOKALYPTISCHEN REITER and legendary Finnish singer and actor VESA-MATTI LOIRI."
The band recently posted their first studio update online. This installment features drum recording, snow, and socks as censorbars.

Ensiferum were recently confirmed for the first edition of the Hard Anger Open Air Metal Festival. This festival will take place in Hardanger Mountain Plateau in Eidfjord, Norway. The date is set to August 31st - September 1st.
