ETERNAL LEGACY have finished recording drum tracks for nine new songs for their forthcoming third studio album entitled Seeking No Peace (due out this summer on Auburn Records). Recording is taking place at the band's own Mercinary Studios in Cleveland, Ohio. Eternal Legacy guitarist/vocalist Jason Vanek is handling the production duties.

"The drum tracks sound awesome", says guitarist Shaun Vanek. "Steve (Dukuslow) did a great job. They came out very heavy, just the way we wanted them. Jason and I made some improvements to the drum room and invested into buying more recording gear for the studio. We're very happy with the way things are progressing so far. This recording is going so much quicker than the last one. We are trying a new approach and finally getting the studio to the level we want it to be at. Our goal is to have this album ready in time for our trip to Wacken this summer".

Eternal Legacy will be performing live at this year's Wacken Open Air festival, which takes place August 5th-7th in Wacken, Germany.

The band released their second album, Lifeless Alive, on Auburn locally in November of 2009. It was made available for international distribution this past February.
