In early October 2013, former BLOOD STAIN CHILD vocalist Sophia launched a new solo project called SEASON OF GHOSTS. She has checked in with her first studio blog:

"So here we are! The next few blogs are dedicated to the recordings of The Human Paradox, my debut album as a solo artist. I go by the artist name Season Of Ghosts these days and there's a reason for that

Every step of the process had to meet the highest quality standards (I'm horribly perfectionist!), so when the time came to record the vocals, ZOMBIE SAM made a short trip to Greece. Zombie Sam is a proud member of the Season of Ghosts production team and also the person that I co-produced The Human Paradox with.

He's also a crazy musician and you can catch him scribbling obscure songs and not-so-random notes here and there. What goes on in this genius head, really!?

For the recording, we used a Shure microphone, the same model that METALLICA and other acclaimed artists have used in the past. And of course, to ensure the best of luck with my recordings, I had to wear my new horror apparel.

The Human Paradox is due to be released in 2014. It was created, composed and co-produced by Sophia, mixed and mastered by Ettore Rigotti (DISARMONIA MUNDI, PRINCESS GHIBLI, BLOOD STAIN CHILD).
