Toronto thrash legends SACRIFICE check in with the following studio update from vocalist/guitarist Rob Urbinati:
"Finally the Toronto cold snap broke, day temperature around +1 Celsius, just above freezing…just in time because it kept us shut in Rouge Valley Studio all weekend. Scott Watts managed to finish up the bass on Friday, Joe Rico finished up his guitar tracks on Sunday, so that just leaves a few vocal tracks for myself and we will be ready to mix very soon. I can’t find words to describe the sonic Armageddon we have laid down. Late Sunday night, we were talking about how we wouldn’t trade this sound for anything. Darius our engineer took our visions and is really making it happen. It is raw, thick, all the instruments sound heavy alone…together it is completely devastating. It sounds real. It sounds like a band, not a computer program fixed band. Not finished yet, but the finish line is visible.
