Former ANTHRAX guitarist Dan Spitz and his socialite wife are filing for divorce - three months to the day after his arrest at his Lake Worth in a domestic violence incident. The charges stemming from the Christmas eve fight were eventually dropped, but wife Candi says she and the heavy metal axman are calling it quits after nine years and the birth of twin boys.
Candi, 38, has just become a manager at the local chapter of Alzheimer’s Association, and says the split has been amicable so far.
