Former BLESSED BY A BROKEN HEART Vocalist Mark Phillips Joins KILLITOROUS
November 7, 2012, 12 years ago
Mark Phillips, former vocalist for BLESSED BY A BROKEN HEART (who was in the band in 2005) and current vocalist for IMMERSED, has joined Canadian technical death grind band, KILLITOROUS. Phillips is replacing former vocalist Luke McIsaac, who left the band due to personal differences.
Says the band: "We have parted ways with our vocalist Luke McIsaac. So without anymore waiting, we would love to welcome our new vocalist... We welcome Mark Phillips to the fold as our new permanent vocalist. Mark has toured and screamed with some amazing bands such as Blessed By A Broken Heart and Immersed.... so obviously we are stoked!"
The band is made up of a bunch of friendly, partyin' Canadian metal boys you may have seen such as Eric Morotti from BLIND WITNESS, Matt Milford from Immersed, Aaron Homma from Immersed and TODAY I CAUGHT THE PLAGUE, and guitar virtuoso Nick Miller.
Killitorous will be touring Canada in December, until they start recording their first full length release, entitled Party, Grind... More news about the album will be announced soon.
