Former THE HAUNTED Vocalist PETER DOLVING To Receive Hip Transplant

"Holy shit! I finally got a date for my hip transplant," proclaims Peter Dolving, former frontman for THE HAUNTED.
"It's hard to describe what a relief this is. Six years of endless pain that just had me on my ass. Pain like that, that never ever ever ever goes away. But now I know that I will be close to pain free again, and I won't have to worry about my kidneys shutting down because of the anti-inflammatories and painkillers."
So, it's back to active rest and as doing little as possible and I will be back on my big bad feet again. This feels truthfully relieving. Finding hope, that's not depending on sheer willpower, I say, it ain't half bad."
Dolving is celebrating his birthday today while on vacation in Mexico, and posted the following message on his Facebook page:
"Holy shit I'm just so good looking on my 44th birthday... What's weirder, being obnoxiously famous for being obnoxiously human, or posting comments on a social forum about obnoxiously human things in way that would not have been even remotely possible 100 years ago? Beats me. Anyway. Congratulations to whoever else has their birthday on October the 24th. Peace y'all."
