Former VIXEN Members Change New Band Name VXN To JANETSHAREROXYGINA

Twenty-five years after the legendary VIXEN released their first single, 'Edge Of A Broken Heart', three of the original members - Janet Gardner (vocals), Roxy Petrucci (drums) and Share Ross bass - recently reunited to form VXN, adding guitarist Gina Stile, who was the guitarist on Vixen's Tangerine album to the line-up. Over two decades have passed since the original three shared a stage together (aside from a short concert for VH-1 Bands Reunited in 2004).
VXN have since changed their name to JANETSHAREROXYGINA to void any confusion with Vixen, which is still active. The Vixen name is owned by original guitarist Jan Kuehnemund.
JanetShareRoxyGina are gearing up to perform again for the first time in over 20 years. "It just feels right," says Janet Gardner. "It was simply time to do this. The fans kept asking and we respect that."
The band will perform at a select number of festivals and showcase dates in 2013 to perform all of the Vixen hits and classic favorites in celebration of 25 years of rock history. The Revved Up Reunion Concerts will take place at the kick-off party as well as on board the Monsters Of Rock Cruise on March 16th - 20th, 2013 sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, FL bound for CoCoCay and Freeport, Bahamas.
