Fresno Making Room For SAMMY HAGAR's Cabo Wabo Cantina

They're making room for a rockin' new restaurant and night club at Fresno's Granite Park. A construction crew is already laying the groundwork for what will become a Cabo Wabo Cantina, at Cedar and Dakota Avenue. It's expected to open this fall. The nightclub chain is owned by rocker SAMMY HAGAR (ex-VAN HALEN). Hagar recently told the San Francisco Chronicle that he's been to Fresno and there's nothing to do. So, he decided to build one of his restaurants here.
