BraveWords.com has received the following update on UK flamenco sleaze rockers GYPSY PISTOLEROS:

Gypsy Pistoleros have finished recording the mini-album Hotel de la Muerte, produced once more by the legendary and eccentric Joe Gibb in Mighty Atom Studios (Wales).

Artist extraordinaire Jo Burgon of Candy Machine Art (METALLICA, LED ZEPPELIN, L.A. GUNS, WEDNESDAY 13, etc.) has designed and illustrated the new album and t-shirt design in a Priest, Hellsing,From Dawn To Dusk, El Mariachi style.

Tracks include: ‘Living Down With The Gypsies', 'Walk Through The Shadows', 'Sangre de las Rosas', 'Welcome To The Hotel de la Muerte', 'Son Illusiones'.

Hotel de la Muerte is out October 12th on Bad Reputation Records, accompanied by the triumphant live DVD at Rocklahoma 2009 - ten live tracks will be featured.

A free single download ‘Vivo con los Gitanos’ will be available September 1st accompanied by the video to be filmed in the old Spaghetti Western set in Almeria, Spain.

Gypsy Pistoleros will be released on Bad Reputation Records after the Lime/EMI Records deal was turned down at the last hour after Lime MD Paul Elsasser (who met and set up the deal) future is in doubt at the company.

The band will soon announce UK and European dates with BEAUTIFUL CREATURES and FASTER PUSSYCAT. A North American tour with L.A. GUNS and DIRTY PENNY will also be announced.

A new version of 'Sangre de las Rosas' will be released as a single later in the fall, featuring a duet with Joe Leste (BANG TANGO, Beautiful Creatures) mixed AND produced by Anthony Focx.

A US record release is under seperate negotiation.

Also, four tracks from the band will be featured on the WET video game for PS3/XBox360, out September 25th.
