HEXFIRE's Jonno Lodge Finishes Drum Tracks For Band's New Album
July 13, 2010, 14 years ago
All drum tracks for Polish metallers HEXFIRE's new album are complete. English drummer Jonno Lodge (BIOMECHANICAL, ex- PAUL DI'ANNO) has recently been in the studio to record blistering drums for the remaining eight songs.
The recording session took place at the Staffordshire Phoenixx Studios with engineer Stephen Parkinson.
As previously reported, drummers Alex Holzwarth (RHAPSODY OF FIRE, AVANTASIO) and Diego Grom Meraviglia (ex-ANCIENT, DOOMSWORD) also recorded drums for Hexfire's new album.
Jacob Liszko says: “The last few weeks have been completely crazy for us. It's been a lot of work but we’ve finally finished the drum recording process. All those eight tracks recorded by Jonno Lodge are completely insane! We’re really happy with them. I would also like to say that all drummers did their job perfectly. We can be proud that we’re recording with such professional musicians. Once more I must say the drum tracks are killer! So, be prepared for storming drums on the new Hexfire album!”
