HUNDRED YEAR STORM Signs To Doll House Recordings
February 16, 2009, 15 years ago
BW&BK; has received the following press release:
Formed during the scorching summer of 2003, HUNDRED YEAR STORM’s penchant for large-scale melodic anthems and hypnotic codas has defined them both in their Austin, Texas hometown and abroad. With their first release in 2004 quickly garnering critical praise from indie sites, magazines and radio, it was only a matter of time until they appeared on a larger radar.
Two years later the band released two separate full lengths with Northern Records and Floodgate Records. Only When It’s Dark… and Hello From The Children Of Planet Earth left an immediate impact supported by two massive tours in over forty states. Clocking in at over 400 shows, Hundred Year Storm has payed their dues and has chosen Doll House to release their first new material in two years.
The as-of-yet untitled full length will be released in 2009.
