JIMI HENDRIX' Half-Brother Loses Bid For Share In Late Legend's Estate

The half-brother of JIMI HENDRIX, Leon Hendrix, has lost a bid for a share of the rock star's estate. The state Supreme Court has refused to review a court decision that gave control to his stepsister.
Meanwhile, a federal appeals court in Seattle is still deciding whether Leon Hendrix has the right to use the Hendrix image to sell products such as vodka.
