The DEEP PURPLE Appreciation Society has issued the following European Tour Report for keyboard legend DON AIREY (DEEP PURPLE) who performed at the Metropolis, Munich on January 20th:

Don Airey and band performed a set largely based on his new solo album A Light In The Sky, and it sounded much more powerful live than on CD. Furthermore, they played a selection of songs from Don's previous bands. The musicians were: Don Airey (keyboards), Carl Sentance (vocals), Clive Bunker (drums; ex-JETHRO TULL), Lawrence Cottle (bass), Rob Harris - (guitar; JAMIROQUOI). The strong nucleus of fans were very happy and enjoyed a perfect concert!"
