Ticketmaster has announced that US '80s rockers KIX will perform at Mulcahy's in Wantagh, NY on Saturday, June 7th.

This marks the first time the Hagerstown, MD hard rock act has performed outside of the mid-Atlantic region in over 12 years. Kix has reformed annually for several years to do fall shows in their home territory.

Singer Steve Whiteman and drummer Jimmy Chalfant currently play in FUNNY MONEY, guitarist Ronnie Younkins' current project is THE BLUES VULTURES and guitarist Brian Forsythe is now a member of RHINO BUCKET.

But the reunited KIX is slated to perform a host of dates around the country this spring and summer leading to a rumored appearance at July's second annual Rocklahoma event.

The official announcement of the 2008 Rocklahoma lineup is expected at a press conference held in Hollywood on March 4th.
