MACHINEMADE GOD Part Ways With Guitarist; Announce Replacement
January 16, 2007, 17 years ago
German metallers MACHINEMADE GOD have issued the following update:
"What's up everyone? First of all: A late Happy New Year, hope you had a kick-ass start into 2007! It's been a while since we spread some news so here's a quick update about what's going on in MMG-Land. After several discussions, Machinemade God and guitarist Holger Kiparski decided to part ways. We thank him for his effort and the good times we had with him in the past four years and wish him all the best for his future! But don't worry, MMG keeps going on and a replacement is already found in Marc Niedersberg, who fits perfectly into the band. With this new and strong line-up we´re hitting the road in February for a short headlining tour together with our friends in DEADSOIL and KORODED. Other dates for 2007, such as Summer Breeze Festival are confirmed as well and there is a lot more in the works, so keep checking the show/tour section on our page or on Metal Blade frequently. Besides that we will be entering the studio again in March to record our second album, but more details about the record some other time. Those who can't wait for the new material should visit our upcoming shows, we might play new stuff.”
