MEGADETH have issued the following update:

Dave talks about why normal people don't run for political office, the best wealth one can have, looking back on his life, keeping close to his friends and enemies, Megadeth's music being aggressive and fighting for what's right, spiritual peace, and more. As previously reported, the members of Megadeth were presented with double-Platinum awards in Sydney, Australia last night on December 18th for the Big Four: Live In Sofia, Bulgaria DVD, which sold over 30,000 copies in Australia.

Bassist David Ellefson commented: "Last night was an awesome show in Sydney on the No Sleep Til tour and just before the show we were bestowed with a double platinum award for the Big Four: Live In Sophia, Bulgaria DVD. What a great way to celebrate with our Australian fans who have been so loyal to us all these years."
