MEGADETH - Jägermeister Catches Up With Bassist David Ellefson

Jägermeister caught up with MEGADETH bassist David Ellefson backstage on the Jägermeister Fall Music Tour, which wrapped up last week in Hollywood, California. In the following video Ellefson discusses the origin of thrash metal and how the sounds of Megadeth, SLAYER and ANTHRAX evolved to what they are today.

The Big Four: Live From Sofia, Bulgaria DVD and Blu-ray features Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax performing together for the first time in history at the Sonisphere Festival at in Warsaw, Poland on June 16th. The release dates are as follows: October 29th in Northern Europe, November 1st in the rest of the world aside from North America which is November 2nd. Warner Music will release the package in North America and Universal Music throughout the world.

In addition to the two-DVD set and the corresponding Blu-ray, there will be a limited-edition "super deluxe" box set including the DVD set, five CDs with ALL the music, a 24-page booklet, a poster, photos of each band, and a Big Four guitar pick.
The deluxe set can be pre-ordered in the official Metallica Store and the Universal Store UK, all orders from the official Metallica store will include a limited edition RED Big 4 guitar pick with one of four different print colors (white, black, silver or gold - see below), not available in stores.
