MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine is currently on a promo tour for his new autobiography called Mustaine: A Heavy Metal Memoir. The time for his San Francisco, California signing at Borders on August 31st has been moved earlier to 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM.
