METALLICA have issued the following update:
"The final announcement in our recent series of European adventures finds us in Gothenburg, Sweden on July 3, 2011. Of course ANTHRAX, MEGADETH and SLAYER will all be there for our first Big 4 show in Scandinavia!Tickets go on sale Monday, March 7 at 9:00 AM local time. Met Club members should check MetClub.com for more details about a special pre-sale this week.

The Big Four have announced more details regarding the exclusive show on Metallica's home turf on Saturday, April 23rd at the Empire Polo Club, Indio, CA.
"Travel packages are still available for The Big 4 show in Indio, CA. Packages include GA or VIP Tickets to the show, shuttle transportation, and hotel accommodations at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. If you want to sleep at home after the show, day trip shuttles are available (with or without concert tickets) from various locations in Southern California. Leave the driving to someone else from Downtown Los Angeles, San Diego, Carson, Pasadena, Ontario, Riverside, Anaheim, and Irvine. And besides, won’t it be more fun to ride with your fellow fans??
