After a month of prepping, MORTIIS is ready to hit the road later this week for a full European tour with COMBICHRIST.

"The new material rocks hard,” enthused Mortiis, namesake of the ever-evolving band. “The old has been upgraded to the point where it stands well next to the new material.”

The new material will be drawn from the band’s latest release, Perfectly Defect, which was released last fall as a free digital

download. Mortiis will also showcase songs from the upcoming release, The Great Deceiver.

“Right now I’m equally curious, nervous, and excited about how our fans, old and new, will take to this,” he added. “We’ve spent a lot

of energy in the last few weeks improving the quality of our live sound and I think it will be very obvious. I think it will translate to the actual performance of the band itself, as well.
