MURDER THERAPY Finish Recording EP
April 7, 2011, 13 years ago
Italian extreme death metallers MURDER THERAPY have posted the following update on their forthcoming EP entitled Resilience, to be released in the coming months online:
"In the next days we will be finishing the recording of an EP that will come out before this summer. The material on this EP was written in the first half of 2010 and in some ways, although it is different and more experimental, has still something to do with our debut album. In fact these tracks should be considered as a further continuation of what we did on Symmetry Of Delirium, still far from the band's current atmospheres (the ones anticipated with the promo ‘Resilience’) but still significant in our musical evolution. The EP is being recorded at Regrexion Studios in Bologna and will feature the participation of our old singer Riccardo Meschiari on vocals on one of the songs. More details coming soon."
The track 'Resilience' from the new album is streaming online at their MySpage page.
As previously reported, Murder Therapy has uploaded a video clip which highlights the band's actual musical direction, mixing elements of extreme metal with postcore and ambient atmospheres. It was recorded during the band's October 2010 rehearsal sessions. View below.
