As previously reported, legendary NEVERMORE frontman WARREL DANE has confirmed a string of North American live dates in March - a concert poster for the March 13th date at the Red Room in Vancouver, BC - which also features British Columbia-based metallers EMPYRIA - has been unveiled. 6 - Cheyenne Saloon - Las Vegas, NV
7 - Whiskey A Go Go - West Hollywood, CA
8 - U.B.'s Bar - Mesa, AZ
9 - The Rock - Tucson, AZ
12 - Peter's Room - Portland, OR
13 - Red Room - Vancouver, BC

Tickets to these shows can be purchased at EnterTheVault.com until January 31, and thereafter will be available at the usual ticket outlets.

Warrel Dane made his live solo debut on Saturday, December 19th at Studio Seven in his hometown of Seattle, WA. The show featured Matt Wicklund of GOD FORBID on guitar, plus drummer Willis Mathiasen, bassist Dagna Barrera and guitarist Jonny Smokes. The show was Dane's long-awaited live debut of his Praises To The War Machine solo album which was released in April of 2008.

Nevermore's new album, The Obsidian Conspiracy, is due out in early 2010 via Century Media Records. The album was recorded at Old Town Recording Studio in Winston Salem, North Carolina with Peter Wichers from SOILWORK producing. Andy Sneap (MEGADETH, ARCH ENEMY, EXODUS) is handling the mixing of the album in the UK.

Song titles set to appear on the album include: 'Emptiness Unobstructed', 'And The Maiden Spoke', 'Without Morals', 'Termination Proclamation', 'The Obsidian Conspiracy', 'The Blue Marble and the New Soul', 'She Comes In Colors', 'The Day You Built The Wall, 'Poison Throne' and 'Beautiful Mistake'.

The band also covered THE DOORS classic 'The Crystal Ship' and 'Transmission' by THE TEA PARTY during the sessions.
