NIGHTSHADE Forced To Cancel Upcoming Chicago Show

NIGHTSHADE guitarist Rick Scythe (ex-USURPER) has issued the following update:
"I'm sorry to inform you that Nightshade will NOT be able to perform this Saturday night at Metal Shakers (in Chicago) due to health reasons. I started to come down with what I thought was a cold over the weekend and when my symptoms got worse, I went to the doctor and it turned out I have pneumonia.I am so sorry to report this. I was hoping to kick my 'cold' all week, but I can barely breath right now, much less sing. We still hope that people will go out and show their support for the fantastic, ASSKICKER! as well as the other two bands.
I'll be fine, but just not in time for the show. I really wish this wasn't the case, but it is. We'll keep you posted with our next plans and hope to reschedule something soon."
