OPERATIKA Part Ways With Bassist; Announce Replacement

New Jersey based metallers OPERATIKA have issued the following update:
"We have been hard at work on our recording, auditioning for a new bass player, arranging new songs and working on our 2007 concert schedule. We want to thank our former bass player Stan for his time with Operatika. It was great to have him with us but unfortunately, due to the differences in our long term goals and commitments he is no longer with us. Operatika is happy to welcome our new bass player Diego. We are excited that he is joining our band and look forward to two already confirmed new shows for 2007: supporting DORO at BB King on June 5 and supporting SONATA ARCTICA at The Chance on September 28. For details and tickets info check the Gigs page. Finally, the recording of our full length album is going really well. It is due to be released this year. As soon as we are able, we will post all the details regarding release dates and record label details. 2007 looks to be another productive and busy year for Operatika.
