Rich Davenport's Rock Show - Def Leppard, Ed King (ex Lynyrd Skynyrd) & Head East Interviews by Rich Davenport on Mixcloud

In the first hour of the show, Vivian Campbell of Def Leppard and Last In Line discusses the newly announced Viva Hysteria! CD/DVD/Blu Ray recording of the Def Leppard's residency in Las Vegas in March 2013, during which they played the Hysteria album live from start to finish for the first time. Viv also talks about Last In Line’s current UK gigs, and their touring plans for later in the year, and chooses tracks from Def Leppard, DIO and Shadow King.

Also in part one, BW&BK;'s Martin Popoff takes a look at the recent ZZ TOP box set, The Complete Studio Albums 1970-1990, and the newly restored original mixes on some of the albums featured in the box set, now available for the first time on CD, with particular focus on the band’s classic “Tejas” album.

Part two features an extended version of the show’s weekly Southern Rock Special feature in which original Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist Ed King talks about the writing and recording of three of his favourite Skynyrd tracks, including 'Sweet Home Alabama', 'Saturday Night Special' and 'Railroad Song'.

And finally, Head East keyboard player Roger Boyd talks about the bands new live album Raise A Little Hell, and also discusses the band’s version of 'Since You’ve Been Gone', which came out prior to RAINBOW’s later recording of the song.
