STEEL MAID the international underground traditional metal group formed by guitar master Dirk Johannsen and comprised of members of RAVAGE, RITUAL STEEL, and IVORY TOWER have released the band's debut full-length album Raptor via Germany's Karthago Records.

The album was recorded in both Germany and America and features a brand of traditional metal heavily influenced by THE SCORPIONS, ACCEPT, and JUDAS PRIEST.

Singer Al Ravage commented "This was a fun project that took a long time to put together, but I'm glad it has finally seen the light of day. I think fans of traditional power and speed metal will enjoy the songs on this album. Dirk came up with some very strong material and there is a lot of great guitar work on there. We just play some fun headbanging songs in the '70's and '80's style because that is what we are into."

Clips from all ten songs are now available at the band's official website.
