BW&BK; has received the following press release:
IMAGIKA, who has amazingly released six albums to date and has collaborated on many other albums, has broken through barriers with their latest release of Feast For The Hated.
Since the dawning of heavy metal, bands have always tried to take over the number one spot as the world’s most hardcore thrash phenomena. Only bands like Imagika, who currently have the top 15 radio airplay within some markets, turn that desire into a reality with hard hitting albums such as the internationally renowned Feast For The Hated.
Imagika, who has amazingly released six albums to date and has collaborated on many other albums, has broken through barriers with their latest release of Feast For The Hated. With many positive reviews found on internet distribution websites such as Rhapsody, they have developed a fan base from all over the world.
The five person band has once again changed and challenged them with writing some of their best material to date with Feast For The Hated. The album was mixed by Andy LaRocque, who is best known as the guitar player of the band KING DIAMOND, to give the album the edge that it needed to take Imagika beyond recognition.
Steven Rice, who is the original lead guitar and founding member of Imagika in the early 1990s, aligned Imagika with Alonce Music Agency for continuous band responsiveness and show bookings as well as to aid with the effective distribution efforts of Locomotive Records.
Alonce Music Agency has already begun their campaign efforts to provide Imagika with great performance opportunities, publicity campaigns, TV show alignment, and promotional aid.
'Steven (Steven Rice) is a very goal driven individual and has excellent ideas to aid our campaigns for definitive success,' says Michael Singleton, who is the publicity director for Alonce Music Agency. 'Expect to see Imagika on many television shows this year playing live and interviewing to larger audiences.'
Imagika, who is sponsored by many places such as Mesa Engineering, Spector, Sfarzo, EMG Pickups, Silverfox, Dean Guitars, and Digitech, has played at venues from Frankfurt, Germany to Phoenix, Arizona.
'2008 looks to be another long chapter in the bands long commitment to metal,' says Steven.
