RISE TO ADDICTION Ink Deal With Mausoleum Records

Rising UK rockers RISE TO ADDICTION, have signed a worldwide deal with legendary Belgium metal label Mausoleum Records. The label will release the bands debut studio album, A New Shade Of Black For The Soul, which contains twelve tracks and was produced by Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, TRIVIUM, MEGADETH etc). Finishing touches are currently being made to the artwork with a release due in May 2007. Full details are expected to be announced shortly.
Commenting on the signing, RTA vocalist Leigh Oates said "We wanted to go with a label that really understands the metal market, and Mausoleum have a great track record"
Rise To Addiction, whose music is described as a distinctive modern sound with melody and slab heavy riffing, released their self titled EP in 2005 through Madman Records bringing the band media and label attention. Also produced by Andy Sneap it features three tracks 'Falling As One', 'Everlasting Wave', 'To A God Unknown' and also includes the promo video for the EP's opening track.
