October 18, 2012, 12 years ago
Australia's rock n' roll outlaws ROSE TATTOO have had to cancel their November 16th show in Sydney, due to circumstances beyond their control.
A message reads: "STAND ALONE will still be honouring their commitment to the venue and will still be playing that night. A new lineup will be announced within the next week. Rose Tattoo and Stand Alone are still planning to play together early 2013. Please contact the venue regarding refunds."
Rose Tattoo were recently announced as the headlining act for the Saturday night entertainment at the Street Machine Summernats, from January 3rd - 6th, 2013 at Exhibition Park in Canberra.
According to a press release, the annual Street Machine Summernats is Australia's biggest horsepower party. It's more than a car show, it’s a festival of the street machine lifestyle. The event attracts enthusiasts from Australia and overseas to see, feel and participate.
Exhibition Park in Canberra offers the opportunity to cruise the kilometres of roadways, and stretch performance to the maximum, in the outrageous Burnout and Go-Whoa competitions on the world’s first and only purpose-built burnout facility. Grass driving events provide the stage to demonstrate those proudly held driving abilities. The Top 60 Show, Car Audio Sound Off, and Miss Summernats combine with awesome entertainment and displays to bring Exhibition Park to life with a high spirited, automotive atmosphere.
