SEPULTURA To Perform At Brazil's Virada Cultural Festival With Orquestra Experimental de Repertório

On April 16th, Brazilian metal legends SEPULTURA will perform at the Virada Cultural festival in São Paulo, Brazil.

The Virada Cultural is a festival sponsored by the government, that happens every year in different places in the city, starting on a Saturday evening and going through the night, ending Sunday morning.

For their performance, on a stage right in front of the 110-year-old Luz train Station in downtown São Paulo, Sepultura will be joined by Orquestra Experimental de Repertório (conducted by Jamil Maluf).

According to Allgigs.co.uk, Sepultura have confirmed a string of UK dates. The band's itinerary is as follows:

June

27 - Waterfront - Norwich, UK
28 - Millennium Music Hall - Cardiff. UK
29 - Mandela Hall - Belfast, Ireland
30 - O2 Academy Islington - London. UK

Sepultura's new album, Kairos, will be released via Nuclear Blast in late spring/early summer. Produced by Roy Z (JUDAS PRIEST, HALFORD, BRUCE DICKINSON), the album will also include cover versions of MINISTRY's 'Just One Fix' and THE PRODIGY's 'Firestarter', both of which are rumoured to be made available as bonus tracks on various special-edition releases.
