SEPULTURA guitarist Andreas Kisser checks in with the following update:
"In Finland we had great shows, it was a very special part of the tour. We've arrived in Turku, played in Helsinki and went on to a festival in Kuopio. We had two days off in Kuopio and on the first night we went to a local Rock club called Henry's Pub. On the first night we went there to have some beers and the place was really nice, they had a live band playing plus a DJ to jam some heavy tunes for us. After many beers, we decided to play there the next day, to do a jam for free beer for all the Sepultura crew. The owner agreed.Next day, walking around the festival area the rumors of us playing at the club were all over. The news was all around the small city and in the night the club was completly packed. After a live band finished their show I called two roadies, Nick, light guy and Stanley, PA to jam some rock tunes. It was terrible jamming but the place went down. People were freaking out to see us at their home stage, it was amazing, never felt something like that before.
After, I called Derrick and our tour manager, Andres to play 'Orgasmatron' and 'Smoke On The Water'. We left the stage but people didn't stop screaming. We came back and played 'Rock'n'Roll' from Zeppelin.
It was an amazing night and I thank from the bottom of my heart all the people from Kuopio, specially everybody at the Henry's Pub.
KIITOS KUOPIO, YOU RULE! We will be back!
One month gone, still one more to go! METAL!!!"
